all the cat training things that I have read suggest spraying them with water from a spray bottle whenever they do something you are trying to discourage ... maybe try that.

or maybe you need to feed him more :O)

Ha, ha. That cat won't stop biting! Who do you think you are the ruler of the world or something? I can tell you, my cat thinks he's the ruler of the world. He only bites me, or scratches me, but I'm still the one he always comes to cuddle by. Rotten animals they are, but I like the thing anyhow. I've had him ten years mind you.

Start immediately.

When he attempts to bite, you MUST establish dominance over him.

Tap him on the nose (and I did say TAP, not SMACK), like his Mommy would do, or pick him up, and scratch him the way that he likes (on his neck). When he struggles to be released, hold him for a little bit longer, then let him go.

Show confidence. Do not retreat, or show fear, or he will feel that he is dominant over YOU.

When one of my cats tries to bite me, I pick him up, hold him like a baby, stick my hand in his mouth, and tell him, "Go ahead, take a GOOD bite!"

He does not bite me.

People who are afraid of him, he snaps at.

biting isn't always a bad thing for cats, cats can sometimes bite to show affection toward you

stop moving as soon as she bites you (this usually gets them to let go). The good news is the kitten stage is nearly over and your cat will mellow out.

I agree with the spray bottle. I've used one on dogs, cats & birds who exhibit bad behavior. It's humane and seems to work.
