Then sometimes I can hear 30% or 50% of the sound with static. Very rarely I hear 100% of the sound without static.

When I got it, played it, it sounded fine. When I moved, played it, I hear statics.

Maybe you didn't connect the PS2 to the TV right. I have one and this never happens so perhaps you purchased a faulty PS2 or something.

Your cables may be defective. You can go out and get a new cable for your ps2, or you should make sure the audio cables are connected tightly. If you have it running through a surround sound system, try to plug them into a different port and see if the sound works.

Static is caused by electric storms - like thunderstorms.

Whatever the noise is, it isn't static.
