I think Indian women would look better; the natural contrast between their dark skin, and the blond hair is an interesting twist that white/european girls can't really explore as good.

i'm extremely happy with my natural hair color but i have really light skin...but if the question is about the darker skinned indian females, many of them are willing to experiment with their hair color, but the first time they try something, it might go really wrong or they might not pick the right color so i guess they lose all hope lolz, i know because a few of my friends tried and almost broke down cause it was a tragedy :P

I am indian and I have colored my hair in the past with blond high-lights. I ended up dying it back soon after. I just didn't feel that I looked as good with the light hair. Being Indian, I have such dark features that it is only right that I keep my dark hair.

A few indian celebrities have blonde hair even wear BLUE contact lens...I think they are trying to look white ...plus they all want to have fair skin...so they probably don't want to put any light color in their hair cuz they'll look dark.

I see all of it as element of a spread of inferiority complicated.

WHEN SOMEONE HAS DARK SKIN AND BLOND HAIR IT LOOKS REALLY SHI^^&*......THERE IS TOO MUCH OF A CONTRAST...THERE IS NO REASON FOR THEM TO CHANGE THEIR HAIR COLOR ....THEY HAVE THE ALMOST BLUE-BLACK HAIR COLOR WHICH IS GORGOUS....THEY ARE BETTER TO LEAVE IT ALONE......

I guess its because their hair is so dark that changing their hair color might change it to orange.
