If you don't buy it you can't eat it. Famous last words from a chocaholic!!!!! Only shop after eating a very satisfying meal, shop with a friend who is stronger willed than you........get yourself a slimming buddy, who you can call for encouragement when succumbing to the temptation. And if all this is too hard, allow yourself the treat of ONE magnum a month, and look forward to it......

Never heard of Magnum ice cream before, but if it's anything close to Hagan Daaz , or Bluebell, Puritan - then the only way you can stop yourself has to be more than 'just say no'. Head in another direction than where you can purchase this ice cream. Drink plenty of water - and if all else fails - go for it! lol
