Ok, imagine you know this girl. Realistically, she's out of your league and you talk to her sometimes when you see her at the club where you and your mutual friends hang out.
Unbenownst to you, she breaks up with her boyfriend (you didn't even know she had a boyfriend) and ends up coming home with you one night. You hook up and she sleeps over but leaves really early in the morning. You agree (by her request) not to tell anyone about it. She seems kind of unavailable and doesn't make any effort to try and start a real relationship with you.
You hook up a copule more times in the next month and you have fun when you're together but she's still standoffish (just got out of a relationship). You're not really sure what's going on with her so you don't make much of an effort. At one point you ask her out with some of your friends but she's busy.
How would you react if she suddenly started to seem more interested and wanted to actually start dating (not just booty calling)?

It depends, if I really liked the girl I would bump up the relationship. If I was just interested in the sex, I may or may not get more serious. I would just ask him.

Sadly, this won't last long if you do start a relationship. You've already been categorized in his head as a 'booty call'.
He'll never see you for anything more than a good time. Sure, in the short term dating might work. But in the long run, there's no chance as the attraction of pure fun (ie: sex) only lasts so long. Relationships need more and you're essentially doomed since you're already a classified 'booty call'.

That statement alone sounds sooo horrible. You've been using the dude when its convenient for you... but now nothing else is 'booty' call'n so you want the attention.
If I were wrapped up in it... I'd love the attention. But looking from the outside how you present yourself. I almost feel bad for the guy.

Ok I don't believe in "leagues" so your saying that if you got to know this girl hooked up slept with her and then she wants to go out with you for real. No offense but most guys like me play it safe and don't go out with girls like that. You don't know that she just wants you for sex. She could of actually found you attractive as in your personality and just wants to start an actual relationship.

What's in it for him to change from being a booty call to being in a relationship? Maybe that's all he's available for, maybe you're one of many booty calls. Just because you're ready doesn't mean he is.

Well, i don't believe in "leagues" so anyone is fair game, anyway, if i liked the girl i'd be happy but i'd keep in mind how she acted around me the first few times so maybe i'd ask her about it. I'd totally understand if she told me that she just broke up with her ex.

That's a tough question.....I would give it a shot but for personal reasons only (sex). I wouldn't take her seriously for a while until I knew she was genuine and not using me for a in-between men, boyfriend. But that's a hard question to answer, to many other circumstances to judge.
