Brokers do all the research/negociating for you. I want to start my own business and this what I want to do. The customer just makes an appointment, tells the broker what they want and we bring everything to them (including test drives). The car is delivered directly to the customers house or place of work. The customer doesn't have to deal with spending 3-4 hours in a dealership, or going from lot to lot looking for what they want. It's one stop, no haggle convenience....

You sound like you want to be a personal auto shopper. Not a broker. You better check your state & federal laws regarding automobile sales. In most states the buyer will have 72 hours to cancel the deal after you deliver it to them. Why don't you just go work for a dealer. customer comes to you, test drives, negotiates, buys, NO 72 hour rule. That's the law.
