Do you think Christ will approve of these judgmental, intolerant people who cut and paste bible passages to respond to the simplest question. Passages that I don't think they have read themselves and if they did they probably don't understand it.?

I am a true Christian who can think for herself, thank you very much. I have read all the passages I've "cut and pasted" on here and fully understand each one. If I did not do you think I would use them in the very sense I am. I'm not trying to seem like a programed machine who can not think of her own two feet. I'm trying to get the message across and sometimes the best way to do so is to quote the Bible's text. If you haven't noticed, I don't need to quote from the Bible in this case. To the ones who think that quoting is all we are capable of; you are very mistaken, I assure you. You can take quite a few people on this sight as examples for not everything they say is from the Bible.

I can only speak for myself, but I am truly a Christian. I know this in my heart.
I believe in Jesus Christ, but I have spoken with many Christians on here who truly do have such an amazing passion and desire to worship Jesus Christ. Its an inspiration to talk with people who are so greatly empowered by God and by the the Teachings of Jesus.

I think Christ will approve of all who truly seek to know him. It's a heart and soul thing. He will love them through their failures, weaknesses and short-comings while he gently guides them.
I find many non-Christians speak loudly and intolerantly against the Christian with accusations of intolerance....ironic.
And..one can't usually answer a question with scripture unless they already know the Scripture and where to find it.

Its not proper to ask people to judge other people who are so desperately lost that they will not allow themselves to live beyond scripture. Jesus however was scornful of those who did this sort of thing. So I suppose I am off the hook quoting book, chapter, and verse, right? Too bad, read Mark 12:38-40.

Do you think that someone is judgemental simply because he or she tries their best to answer your questions?

Hum, sounds like you are the judgemental one. Why are you posting questions if you don't want an honest anwer?

From what I see........the litttle of it anyway.........they just try to convert everybody.
Some will not even anwer anything else apart from religion....they stay in their safe corner.....and do not venture outside.....
Lots of cut and paste...........but what the heck....it is like Nostradamus.....every body has his/her own view and take.

Noticed how many people only stay withing their area of "expertise".......?

Luke 24:17
And he said unto them, What communications are these that ye have one with another, as you walk? And they stood still, looking sad.
