I have heard about Propecia helping people. It is only available by prescription though so ask your dermatologist for a Rx.
Maybe look into hair transplant surgery? I know a few people who are very happy with the results.

Bald guys never bothered me. I seem attracted to them. They can be quite handsome in a well-trimmed beard and mustache. Go for it!
