Stupid ppl is everywhere, even in the smartest person and even in me too and you. The idea of stupid ppl depends on our perspectives. For example, in the past, the whites would view the blacks as stupid and inferior when they aren't. Some nobel prize winners even commited stupid acts (ex: John Nash and his behavior toward people). But being stupid makes us humans and interesting and let us learn from our consequences if that person knows well enough to learn from it.
Being smart and talented also depends on other people's definition of intelligence. It can be that a person knows a lot of info, found a way to solve a problem, and many of other definitions.
