It completely depends on whether the individual is going to be a diocesan priest or a religious priest. The diocesan priest has the equivalent of a Master Degree in theology, which typically is a 4 year full time program. Then you spend a while as a transitional deacon (length of time determined by the bishop) and then you are ordained.

Roughly I would say
4 years to get your BA in Theology/Philosophy
4 years to go through the training for the priesthood and get your MA in Theology or Pastoral Ministry
1+ years serving as a transitional deacon

Or roughly by the time you are 27-ish.

I'm not sure (maybe around 7 years?...) but try asking the experts on www.ewtn.org.
If you are considering the priesthood, CONGRATULATIONS!!! That ROCKS! I, too, feel called to the religious life, and I'm probably going to enter the convent after high school/college.
