I am a Buddhist and have been offered to come and teach my insights regarding reforming Buddhism for the modern world in Nepal. The catch is-i have to go next month but they shall pay for my flight in order to help spread Dharma.
Website is www.newbuddhism.org and i must have a decision as to go soon to a country in which i dont speak the language, to a person i've only been in dialogue with in Buddhist matters without a vast amount of money with which to make a ready retreat should it go badly wrong.
In telling me what you think bear in mind i am a very adventurous person so this seems exhilirating also.
Thank you

Buddhism has no one significant e book, the way Christianity does, yet many Buddhist instructors, contained in the previous as well because the present, have written books about Buddhism. Buddhists do not examine those books the way Christians examine the Bible, as a be-all end-all coaching guide to a thanks to stay, yet extra as suggestion, or classes. one among my favorites is Dogen's Treasury of the right Dharma Eye. if you're searching for some thing extra present day and easy to ascertain, attempt Hardcore Zen or take a seat and close Up, both through Brad Warner.

Well, since enlightenment is an arbitrary manifestation of understanding, it really wont matter what you do. You'll know the answer to your question when you get there.
