Learning Lallans / Scots?

In the Netherlands, how could I best go about learning Lallans - i.e. the Scots language that's neither English nor Gaelic.. Any suggestion is welcome.

My suggestion is that you go live there for a while. That is the best way to learn a language, by fully immersing yourself in it.
