Hot water causes your blood pressure to drop. It makes you feel faint and weak. The same thing happens in a hot tub.

thats happened to me. but only when I havent eaten for a while. when my diet is poor, a hot shower will almost make me hyperventilate, and feel faint. something to do w/ the heat and your blood circulation. Make sure you are eating healthy.
