Men can definitely fake orgasms, we just don't often need to. But there is a difference between orgasm and ejaculation -- and just because he shoots doesn't mean he scores, if you get my meaning. In that situation, making the right sounds and facial expressions to make the experience seem like it felt better than it actually did is just a matter of acting. And some of us are willing to do that if it'll boost a lady's confidence and adventurousness in the sack -- which improves the odds that faking won't be necessary next time.

A man cannot fake an erection. If he isn't aroused, he might have to fantasize about someone else in order to get an erection, but it's a real erection.
Men however can fake orgasm. Tensing the body and flexing the penis to mimic ejaculation is all that's required. It's totally believeable unless she checks for semen. I have done it once or twice.

fake a hardon no, but they can fake arousal because of the person they are with. faking orgasm is just as easy for a man as it is for a woman. you fake the motions,the grunting and pull out. i have had to do it a few times because i wasn't attracted to the woman i was with or just couldn't ***.so i faked it,pulled out and rolled over.

WOW i never thought a guy could do that! i mean when men are aroused they get hard but if they have a hard on and then after sex they never go soft i would think its some type of drug that makes them hard like that
