im getting hard contacts
can somebody tell me about them?

Hard contact lenses have great optics - meaning you can actually see better out of them than soft contact lenses! They are harder to get used to than soft lenses, though. At first hard contact lenses are very uncomfortable but you build up the length of time you can wear them and before you know it, you forget they are even there! Hard contact lenses are also easier to remove than soft contact lenses! Good luck and don't give up on them at first!

my husband has worn hard contacts for 30 years because of astigmatism - he had lots of problems years ago, but now with the gas permeable ones they are much better. You have to be diligent about cleaning them, and you may need to try a few different solutions until you find the best one for you - hang in there, you'll do fine!

My bf has them and he says they suck, but his eyes are weird shape and those are the only kind he can wear, they pop out all the time and they are expensive.

i'd deffinately reccoment soft...
hard contacts are more prone to eye infections and breaking in your eye and they're so much MORE expensive
