I understand that I may not be your age but you need to say " mom I have something really important to talk to you about and I need you to listen" than if she still throws her hand up say that really hurts my feelings I really do need to talk to you. Go from their cofront her on how it makes you feel when she does that to you.
Good luck

not your age group but a mother of a 14 year old and an 11 year old daughter (as well as 2 younger boys).

it's so hard on you but sometimes be the bigger person. i had to do it with my mom when i was growing up and it made me strong. being a parent is soooooooo tough.

patience is my solution because i know there were times when i just couldn't deal and you don't want her to have a nervous breakdown!

take care :-)

When your mom's not busy, ask to talk to her in private and tell her how you feel.
