It is all psycholgical. You look forward to that beer on Friday, thus it seems to taste better. To cure this problem, you should get hammered every day!

For me, just not having the stress of constantly govererning how much you drink/how late you stay out allows you to get loose and really enjoy everything, including the beer.

don't know, but I think it also tasts better on hot summers days, or while on vacation in a nice atmosphere.
