Does anyone know how to prevent schizophrenia?

I'm on lithium which is helping tremendously, but not completely. I don't think I personally will ever stop experiencing symptoms, but I can, and most if not all, can manage them.

I heard vitamin D and Omega-3 are very powerful in treating schizophrenia.

Some people will tell you, that you need to stop isolating, think positively, challenge your negative thoughts, blah blah blah. These only go so far.
