my boyfriend thinks everythings a joke when somethings arent how do i get him to take me and other things seriously

oh...my....god....that is completely...and exactly...like me.....the guy's older then u rite? well im assuming that. Tell him to take u seriously. If your serious, ur serious. He's gotta get that through his head. If he thinks ur kidding, kick him where the sun dont shine. And do it immediately. Say "Ill kick you in the balls" then if he thinks ur kidding, do it.

It might not be in his nature. Or maybe he's just a clown. You need to talk to him and be firm that its bothering you. You might need to find a guy that is more sensitive....
