I'm thinking about dying my hair black again, but usually when I get a level 3 permanent kit it usually fades out completely by the end of two months.
What would anyone reccomend?

i have used ferria by loreal for years and love it, it doesn't fade and is really shiny. i always use permanent, do you always comb the color thru all your hair for the last ten minutes when you touch up your roots?? that is what ferria recommends and it works for me, good luck!!!

There are none....NO matter what brand you use, it only truly lasts until your roots grow out. However, you can prolong the "colored" look by using color care shampoo and conditioner with a very low PH factor..

Try using a creme-based hair colour.

Have you tried L'Oreal Excellence? It is pretty good.
