this will sound really crazy, but move around walk, run, pace anger is energy, so the best way to get rid of that ball and i do know what you are talking about is keep moving till its gone or your wore out and can sleep. :)

Identify what it is that is making you so angry.

Make changes to yourself, and your life, to eliminate the things that are making you so angry.

If you need therapy to help you do this, seek counselling.

It may not be EASY, but it is SIMPLE. :-))
