I work with immigrants in Washington state and do you know that they are the only ones that will go out there and pick apples, cherries, pears and every other fruit that grows out there???? They come here because this is the land of opportunity. I work for a company that hires all the orchard workers and last month I had been advertising for apple season and out of the 78 people that applied only 2 were non-hispanic. And they only lasted one week. So are you still angry or do you want a job picking apples???

Don't blame the individual undocumented immigrant. Look at the bigger picture and your own part in it.

Illegal immigration would slow to a trickle if 1) the U.S. stopped making life hell in neighboring countries like Mexico, Haiti, and Honduras, 2) if business people near the border would stop knowingly using starvation-wage undocumented workers, and 3) if American consumers would be willing to pay higher prices for goods and services produced by people getting paid a decent living wage.

I'm madder than a wet hen about it. Best way to put it? We've been infiltrated! All of the politicians need to get on the ball here and send these guys back where they belong. That includes the little kids that were born here (illegally). Then set up a 40 ft. concrete wall along the border, and prosecute the ranchers/farmers who let them dig tunnels all over their land. Give them 30 days to get out or I'm getting a concealed carry license.

You are not alone our government needs to do more. I'm a recruitment consultant for temporary industrial work, i get loads in as when registering and interviewing we ask for eligibility, id etc and we report all incidents of illegal immigrants however the home office do not do anything about it as theres soo many in this country now.

Someone in here thinks the tidal wave of immigration HELPS this country, perhaps this person is a foreign national living in a council house claiming hundreds of pounds in benefits each week while other English people can not even apply for council housing because they are full of immigrants and our taxes pay for it. HELP or HINDER you decide...?

No your not ....it's a time bomb and it'll explode...especially since 7/7...nothin'gs changed our border's are still opened to anyone...hell were housing the very people who don't think nothing about blowing up our kids ......7/7 for instance and there's plenty more around i'm sure who just can't wait for their next so called cowardly victory against us. Whether they were born here or just got here.... it will happen again. As for the immigrant's that are coming here now......they should be sent back.

Are they saying (with their actions) there proud of their country, that their families are fleeing.

I think it was terribly disrespectful.
There are countries that are doing much, much worse than Mexico. So they apply for citizenship and some get accepted in. Illegal aliens are stepping on these ppl's chances.
