DO not pay attention to BMI its so wrong my sis is 5'0 103 and her BMI is 29 I am 5'4 150 and BMI 21 it all has to do with working out, keeping a healthy diet and being happy with the way you look.
ur height 5'10 u weight could be from 175-210 as long as u work out and keep toned.
good luck

I will just speak from experience, as I am the same.

At 160-170 I am slender, wearing a size 10, with collarbones showing easily through the skin, and a small waist for my size. However, I have to wrok extremely hard to maintain that weight, watching every bite and exercising constantly.

At 180-190, I wear a size 12, and can maintain the weight somewhat easily, with moderate exercise and a moderate, non-restrictive diet.

I would use the ability to maintain the weight as the primary way to help determine an "ideal" weight. Under normal conditions, moderate exercise, and comon-sense nutritional eating, if you can easily maintain a weight and feel good at it, then that is a good weight for you.

There is no such thing as normal. The only way to tell if you're healthy is how you feel and getting physicals. Guys will give you **** if you're not a 4, but for some of us it's physically impossible. I'm like you and I'm at 170. A 4 would be anorexia and then some.

I am 5"10 and I weigh 160, I feel fat but everybody tells me I'm crazy and if I lose any weight, I would look like a stick because I'm so tall. I feel your pain, but just accept that we are tall and gorgeous and we'll be ok. I've had a lot of women tell me they would kill for my legs and height. So don't worry and be happy. I would think around 180 or 200 is too much. Look up BMI on Google. Good Luck!

As long as you are active and healthy, forget your weight. If you are inactive and unhealthy, you should analyze your life style and make some changes. It is possible to be too skinny too. I am a guy that likes a little meat on a girls bones and she needs to have a figure both. Models, almost all without exception, are way too skinny. ---For a more medical answer, figure out your Body Mass Index for your ideal weight.

Don't worry about the weight, look at clothing sizes instead. Anything over a 12 is probably getting chubby. I'm 6' and that's how I have to look at it, because I will always hate the number on the scale, and anyway if it gets too low then I look skinny and gross.

I got rid of my scale!

160 to 165? I'm 5.8 and they said 155 when I was considered female (I'm Tramsmale) and 172 pounds but the doctors found out I have 10 pounds of extra bones, they got dencer, because they didn't grow as they should have because estrogen caps the long bones... they say I should have been 3 to 4 inches taller.

5'10?

No matter the bone size, I'd say 115. That's about as acceptable as it gets. Over that and you're lookin' a bit portly

I would not mind the 150 to 170 range. 200 would be too much.

That expression always amuses me...

"Larged Boned"... as if... there is something unual about the dimensions of her bones!

5'-10" comes in at about 160-170... of course... your bones will change that... since... well they're big.
