None, there is no healthy fast way to loose weight. Eat fish, drink green tea, fruits and vegatables, low fat ice cream (what a blessing) no fast food and excercise 30 everyday or everyother day. Remember housework and chores count. Cucumbers sliced and a little lemon or ranch dressing takes the place of potato chips. Watch that dvd on McDonalds

Trimspa baby! For big eaters it really curbs your appetite. You wont even get the craving to munch. It also boosts your metabolism and gives you a lot of energy, so much that you just have to do something with yourself (like exercise) lol. It's not addictive but when you stop taking the pills you still don't really have an appetite.

none! they ruined my health and caused me long term problems. Exercise and diet is the only way to lose weight.

you dont really need diet pills if your not willing to exercize i am on a diet and if your my age a teen you dont need it!
