according to your past post of the same question. YOU claimed this burning inside was of anger, to the point of murder.
I strongly suggest seeing a shrink. Before you rush right out and start to snake handle.
good Luck.

For me it is an intense warmth that wraps me up like an electric blanket and makes me cry as well. I feel the joy but the pain of what Chist did for us, who are so small and unimportant, who did nothing for him, yet he gave his all for us ungrateful wretches. It is such a strong feeling it can shake me to my soul, which it is suppose to do. It is joyous, filled with peace, yet so strong I do not know how to do anything but let tears run down my face and sobs wrack my body as I feel the Spirit move inside me. Thanks for the question. It is so difficult to explain this feeling. I really think it is impossible to express properly and I just want everyone to feel it too. But not by force, it can never be felt by somebody forced. Which is why it is so important to not try to force anyone to God. ever. Well, one of the reasons, not the most important, but important just the same. I could not function on a daily basis if God poored his Spirit that strongly in me all the time. I am grateful to have smaller portions throughout the day, but I just love to have it poored so deeply and intensly too. I do not think anyone could possibly function with that amount of the Spirit flowing inside them on a regular basis, so God must take great care to hold back on a regular basis. I have the Spirit with me constantly, yet I love, if love can even express it, the times when it is poored more throughly inside and though me. Wow.

It sounds like the condition known as anxiety. Anxiousness is caused both by hoping for good things and hoping (or fearing) for bad things.
I couldn't tell you what the Holy Spirit feels like, because I operate in a constant state of spiritual bliss. I am never disconnected from god, so I can't say what it might feel like to reconnect.
EDIT:
Sweet Josie, I checked and Mr Mister is right. This asker has posted this question before saying the burning was an anger to kill. Please julwortham see if your local hospital can direct you to a mental health clinic.

There is nothing wrong with praising God as long as you aren't stepping out of bounds into the "flesh" side of yourself. If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your savior, then you are already filled with His Holy Spirit (John 14:26) which will lead you to further understanding (an ability that only a Christian possesses). Too many people nowadays let their emotions control their praising of God (Gal 5:17) and do it in a manner that praises themselves (flesh) instead.

Almost physically hurts?
Either it does hurt or it doesn't. By claiming that it *almost* hurts, I can't help but wonder how much you are projecting a concept in your own mind rather than feeling the geniune Holy Spirit.

That's exactly what it's supposed to feel like..."The Spirit of God, like a fire is burning..." It's a wonderful feeling, isn't it?
