Probably...religion has a lot of blood on its hands. Worst thing for mankind.

Even though I try to follow my faith as best I can, I know that organized religion has been the scourge of the world. Organized religion, indeed, has so much blood on its hands. All the great leaders, Jesus, Mohammad, Allah to mention a few, would truly be disgusted and very saddened I am sure to see how their words, their true messages of faith, have been twisted over time and all by MAN!

Yes a war is very much brewing and has been for the longest time. Ultimately however, this war has already been lost, as both sides have completely missed the point and are so very lost. They have so missed the point of the basic tenets of their respective faiths. As such, any victory in an upcoming war would be a very hollow one.

So to answer your question, neither would win in the end.

JMHO!

There will be no holy war.

However:

Is it possible for compassionate Jews, Christians, and Muslims to come together and help create more peace and understanding in the world?

Can the children of Abraham find common ground?

Can open-minded people of these faiths grab the headlines from the hateful extremists, and work together to solve the world's problems?

My answers to these questions would be YES.

One can only hope the fanatics kill each other off and leave the rest of us out of it. But I don't see that happening anytime soon.

No, we aren't ALL going to die because of religion. It's just that religion usually plays a large part in our wars. I still can't believe we played right into that Holy War stuff... We may as well put up a huge banner that called down lightning on all the Jihadists (Or whatever they call themselves)

I am soooooo much against wholly war's they yare very unreasonable and no open to peace.

Yes we are going to all die one day, but it is not becasue of religion it is because of 'mortality'

When it gets nearer to Christmas (or your birthday), ask an adult t' purchase you a dictionary, I assure you it will make a lot of things clearer, both to yo and others around yo ....enjoy

Wholly war??? That’s like an oxymoron, holly is like peace, how can you have a peaceful war??? It’s impossible. If there ever is a war the side that I’m on will win.

I believe Muslims love Christians, because I love Muslims who aren't extremists.

There is no holly war!! None of these religions ever taught to KILL humans if they don't accept their religion. So if there is any war or conflict this is purely a man made slogan to get the social or economical targets.

Good question. I suppose the Extremists, since that's who we are buying our oil from.

But of course I am a filthy tree-hugging environmentalist who is trying to drag America down into the pit of despair with all this talk of energy independence.

P.S. Ethanol helps farmers.

Peace

Wars are made by man and not religion.

Holy wars have happened through the generations and we are still here to tell the story!
