Panic Disorder can manifest as pounding heart, shortness of breath, and a sense of impending doom. Generalized anxiety typically is associated with pervasive worrry and sometimes unexplained gastrointestinal upset. However, it does not cause involuntary movements, throat closing, or tingling in the body. When an underlying psychological condition causes such symptoms they are referred to as a Conversion disorder or a Somatoform disorder. These are rare in the general population.

You should have an EEG and a CT scan with contrast (or MRI) to rule out an potential underlying medical issues. There are several medical disorders that can bring about the symptoms you are describing. Random muscle jerks in the body are not by themselves problematic. Occuassionally the brain misfires; however your additional symptoms are. A good psychiatrist will rule out any underlying medical issues; as will a good neurologist before diagnosing you with anxiety.

Start by eating the proper foods, and take vitamin supplements. Stay away from processed foods, and then get that book by Kevin Trudeau, "Things THEY don't want you to know". It's all true. Stay away from the doctors, they will kill you. They are only good for certain things, but they want to keep you on drugs. These drugs only treat the symptom, they don't ever find out what causes an illness. Get the book, you won't be disappointed!!!
