the answer to this question relies upon merely about completely on the rider. I actual have lengthy previous over 25 miles in conserving with hour on my mountain bike, yet I often cruise at about 13-15. in case you pick someone operating to be able to capture up, then the answer is even if quick that man or woman can run (or needs to run). also, there are huge adjustments counting on the terrain, the slope, the elements, etc. At one aspect I competed in an journey race, the position one man or woman in a 2 man or woman crew replaced into on a mountain bike, and the different replaced into taking walks. both human beings might want to not get more beneficial than 10 ft far flung from one yet another or they'd be disqualified. This went on for extra or less 2 miles, so the overall speed replaced into about 5-6 mph. That makes for 10-12 minute miles on hard terrain, through the woods and occassional airborne dirt and mud. If this were on a superb flat instantly path, and the runner replaced into extra wholesome, the speed would likely be about 10-12 mph, permitting the runner to do 5-6 minute miles. desire this facilitates.
