Or would it even be religious? Or spiritual? Would it act as a single entity, or many? Would it have feelings? Emotions? Would it be more creative or more technical? Male or Female? Existentialist or Nihilist?

ooooh.....neat question.
I am taking it that you are asking would a being that has 'all knowledge' (as an encyclopedia is supposedly a book containing information about every topic and wikipedia is an online version of that) subscribe to a certain religion or way of thinking. I don't think we can ever know the answer to that...I am picturing an image of Data from Star Trek in my mind (I'm not sure, as I was never a Trekky, but I know the premise of the character I think)...
But I don't know...point to ponder I guess...
I don't think it would have emotions until it learned how to...they are learned...I think it could be creative but only by drawing on the info it already has stored and combining them into one super cool piece of art. Non-gendered...and in my mind non-religious...

It would be Modern HInduism. Because the very origin of hiduism came from the large number of wise and sincere people and was always open to discussion, unlike the islam and christianity. So, as the hinduism is about life, If wikipedia becomes self-aware, the thing discussed and admired most would be Modern Hinduism.

Definitely Unitarian Universalist which is all encompassing and would probably be Nihilist b/c with all it's info changing so constantly it would have to not care about much of anything.

Minimal emotions and creativity and definitely either asexual or multisexual and probably pretty technical

Any self-aware superintelligent system would not be religious. Logic inherently denies faith. (How's that for a controversial answer).

I would guess a single entity that delegated minor to tasks to various subroutines and it would be very little thought to it's personal purpose.

Or....it would just be depressed all the time.

Probably happily agnostic. I see Wiki as a guy and a girl sitting there reading books all the time, and being happy that they're learning stuff. :)
