It is not my place nor my desire to judge other sects of christian faith. Each of us are on our own individual spiritual journey, even those who do not wish to be "religious" or "believe" are on their own journey. Each must find that road which takes them where their hearts and souls wish to go on their own, and nobody has a right to judge or force.

I think all religions worship the same God. Catholicism has so much history- great beauty has come out of the Catholic Church but it has produced some of the greatest evil as well. I don't think I could be a Catholic as some of their beliefs look a lot like idol worship to me? But this is just my opinion and I realize many disagree. P.S. My grandmother was a serious practicing Catholic and I have attended Mass on more than 5 occasions in my life as well as Catholic weddings, etc.

some Christians do not evaluate Roman Catholics to be genuine Christians, and those are oftentimes protestants. yet basically, Roman Catholics are Christian yet not all Christians are Catholic. Roman Catholics are lead by using the Pope in Rome. Protestants do not understand the Pope's authority and are prepared into thousands of diverse denominations. The eastern Orthodox(Greek Orthodox, Russian Orthodox) also do not understand the Pope, inspite of the actuality that their teachings and ceremonies are very equivalent to the Roman Catholics. The Eucharist is meant to be Jesus's body and Blood, that's a Holy Sacrament, a needed area of Catholic church ceremony. i don't believe in it. i visit style of comprehend the idea yet i'm not Catholic or Christian. not in any respect be afraid of asking questions of your priest or fellow parishioners.

I think catholics have alot of similarities with other religion, since it is relatively new. It is like a powerful cult. The intention is not bad, so its fair to say that it does just like any other, is for the people. Im not saying theyre the best, but people as individuals can be better than just being a catholic, or whatver religion. There shouldnt be finding faults between, just good criticisms to help each other flourish.

Ummm "Pesky Wabbit"? Do you know what your talking about? Saved Catholics? Everyone of us has accepted Jesus Christ. That's the basis of our faith. And "The Comet". Don't say that we study the Bible. That is a huge part of our faith. I've been going to Catholic school for 11 years. I took a whole year of studing the Bible. I'll be taking most likely 7 more years of it. I learned the Bible all through elementary school and middle school. Maybe you should learn a little bit more about Catholics.

Don't know alot about Catholics, but I do know I don't have to go to a priest and get forgivness for my sins. Jesus is the mediator between God and man, and Mary isn't someone to be lifted for even she called Jesus her Lord and Master. She was just a woman who God chose to carry the Son of God. Yes thats special but not to be worshipped. I do think there will be catholics in Heaven, but like any religion many will be fooled.

I grew up Presbyterian, and consider myself a non-denominational evangelical Christian now. I have respect for devout Catholics, I am annoyed by "catholics" who don't follow what their church teaches (as I am by anyone who doesn't follow the teachings of the religious group they claim to belong to). I think the catholic church is misguided in many ways (the whole concept of the church I think is misguided, the concept of saints, the devotion to Mary, etc), but I think devout Catholics are sincere in their faith and desire to know God.

I am a Christian who believes that the blood of Jesus Christ is the only thing that can forgive, cleans and remove you from your sins. If they believe that and do not depend on the Catholic Church and tradition to save them, they can be saved just like anyone else. They need to know that they are sinners and they need to ask Jesus Christ to forgive and remove their sins from them-just like anyone else. Just being a Catholic is not enough.

If they are Catholics who are saved----who have accepted Jesus Christ as their savior, who believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, in Spirit and in Truth, and that there is only one way to Heaven, and that is Jesus Christ---I think they are my brothers and sisters. Without a doubt.
