They dont sell them anymore. Please think about your health before you take ephedra. I took stackers with ephedra for a couple of years on and off. They ruined my immune system and now I catch everything. And come to think of it , i never lost weight by taking them...just had more energy. Its what you put in your body and exercise that allow you to lose weight. I even had to go to the dr. and they started testing my thyroid. Turns out that it is very common according to them that ephedra causes multiple health issues and ruins your thyroid. So, please do a little more research before you hurt your body. I used to sware by them, so I know where you are coming from. They dont hurt you right away, they hurt you over time. I used to know someone that sold stuff like that..and even she told me that things like muh huang were really bad on your heart. Exercise and diet will give you energy and motivation. And even if your using a pill...in order to lose weight you have to diet and exercise! So consider skipping the pill. I lost 100 lbs.

Ephedra was banned so any product sold on the store shelves cannot have ephedra in it. Stackers have mainly caffine in them.I use them when I dont get enough sleep.

small drug shop usually under, in a cupboard. they will offer you a cheap kind, then just keep asking if they have a bigger kind. the best should be mauh hung, it should look like tea in a capsule.

ephedra is available again, they got them down at the kangaroo mart down the road from me.
