Email or send him a snail mail/card saying if he would like to chat (online or in real) with you sometimes. If you don't even have guts to do this, ask your friend to tell him. Don't let the oppurtunity run away from you when it is knocking at your door

flirt with him and maybe tease him a bit but not in a mean way in a flirty way and dont be easy have him chase after you a lil bit...sometimes guys like a a lil challenge and make sure you show confidence in the way you carry yourself and think about yourslef.. they will like that too but dont be overconfident cuz they dont want a mean girl who thinks so much of her self
