IF you haven't, then you NEED TO! If you care at all about the future of human civilization, then you have to see this movie or read the book. If we don't take action NOW, ocean levels will begin to rise, natural disasters will become more intense and more common, and our entire civilization will begin to fall apart.

I have indeed seen the movie, and I have to say anyone that shrugs it off (as some have done) is extremely immature. The situation is serious but the best thing to do is keep active. You guys are right; if we get the word out, exposure to the people who need it the most will increase. It will get on TV eventually. I have also seen channels like Discovery, Science, and even MTV run specials on Global Warming, all of which mention the movie. In addition, I have seen allusions to it in magazines ranging from Discover to Runner's World (No joke, I really did see it in Runner's world). I have also seen it in religions texts ("If you love the creator, then love creation.") and I think that's all great.

The best thing to do is take people to see the movie with you; I think they will be surprised. I took my dad to see it (who works for Exxon Mobil) and he was actually very impressed; he just bought me a Prius. I took my girlfriend to see it and have slowly been teaching her about ecology. There is hope, dudes and dudettes. You just gotta lace up and go find it.

I agree. It was a great movie. It may be remembered by our distant relatives as the most important movie ever made.

Everyone should see it whether they agree with global warming or not. At least they will know what they are talking about if they praise or criticize Al Gore.

I ask those who don't believe in global warming: "What have you got to loose?"

no way, it is not real its made up false findings and if we want to prevent temps rising we need to get globAL GoreWarming eradicated. pollutions real, global warming isn't.
this is an inconvenient truth
God exists, and many have tried to show others He does. nothing works, ppl believe what they want to just as those who believe in GW. If we cannot get ppl believing in God, how could you expect by showing a "movie" would get anyone to believe in it? the more you reveal it the more you show it is fake.

I did and I knew in the early 1990s it was just going to get worse. But dont worry about it so much, it is a bad but not as a bad as some are imagining. Brushfires are bad though.

Yeah, it was a good movie. Unfortunately, the people who go to see it are probably the ones who need to the least. Maybe if we all chip in we can get it on network TV.
