I didn't know God needed doses of any medicine. However, my guess would be he would want the most efficacious dose.
I bet God would want you to get a good dose of English.

God wants you to love, obey, honor and glorify Him. You can only do this by accepting Jesus Christ, God's Son, as your personal Savior and Lord. You can only do this by confessing you are a sinner in need of His forgiveness, asking Jesus Christ to forgive and remove (cleanse) you from your sins, and accepting Him into your life to live in you the rest of your life. He will show you how to live for Him through The Holy Bible.

God wants us to love him with all our might, mind, heart, and soul, and to love others as we would love ourselves. We are to chose good or evil. If we were all to do these things(choosing good of course) all the horrid stuff in this world would be wiped out.

(2) Help others.
(3) Stop following the herd.
