Ask her to go out to lunch or ask her how she feels. I was in this same situation a little over 2 years ago- I had a great guy friend who i'd stay up late with talking on msn messenger after we got out of work- we worked in the same place. We grew on eachother, and now, we've been dating for 2 years now, and I've never been happier!

well you just ask. You can beat around the bush and be silly, but the best way to know for sure is to just say "do you like me as a friend or more?" and then try not to get upset if you dont get the answer you want. Keep talking and say thanks for being honest, either way. Best of luck.
