See, some of the powerful Jews thought Jesus was blaspheming God by claiming to BE God. How would you feel if some guy came along and said he was Allah?

We also believe, however, that if these Jews had really been sincere in loving God, instead of worrying about their own loss of power, they would have seen what we as Christians see.

Jesus fulfilled the prophecy about The Messiah to the letter. It's just that they (the Jews) were expecting another King David to deliver them from the bondage of Rome.

God's plan was to deliver them from the bondage of their sin.

We can't hate the Jews for their misunderstanding of the scriptures anymore that we can hate ourselves for being guilty of the same thing before WE accepted Jesus Christ.

I think that not all Christians love Jews. This "prophet killing" is an excuse Jesus was killed because of his beliefs, and according to the New Testament,it was a small group of a FEW who did this,supposedly the Pharisees wanted him to die,(although I don't believe this) it does not mean that all Jews did this. That's just faulty generalization. Besides, the Romans actually killed him, it was a Rome that wanted him to die for his political influence, and later Rome became the capital of early Christianity (Vatican) so should all Christians hate the Romans for killing Jesus? No! It's all just a lame excuse. Finally, as Jesus died, he said "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do" FORGIVE, heck, if he forgave them, then no one should question it.

Okay...acually, everybody who has lived, is living, or is to live, killed Jesus. It was meant to be. However, Jesus was jew and the jewish law (by the help of the jewish people) trialed Jesus. They charged him on the count of "impersonating" a king. He said He was a king, and He was. The king Jesus was talking about and the king the Jews were thinking about, are two seperate kings. The Jewish leaders thought Jesus would destroy the temple and rebuild it in 3 days. Thus, the leaders thought He was going to become king. Jesus was speaking in spiritual terms, the temple he was talking about was The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

I would recommend that you read the Bible, at least the 4 Gospels. It was the people who determined the fate of Jesus. Pilate asked the group of people, Barabbas or Jesus, who should live. The group of people was just that, a group of people, not a specific group of people. Attacking the Jews or anyone else is wrong and you are misinformed.

Christians are supposed to love everyone. And even though the Jews were the ones who wanted to have Jesus killed, the Romans were the ones who actually committed the act of killing him.
