Stilton with cranberries or apricots, camembert, brie, stinking bishop, and ticklemoore (its a crumbly goats cheese), roquefort. But cheddar is the best in sandwiches,
PS please DONT choose someone who has said mont. jack or american or something - you can taste the chemicals in these cheeses and don't have the clean taste of something like goats cheese or even cheddar.

The almighty cheddar!
I prefer it strong, milds fine though.
Applewood cheddar is gorgeous though.

Anything but stilton and brie, they smell like baby sick, yuk! There's a place I like to go in Manchester called Dukes 92, it's a bar that has a cheese and pate counter. You get to choose a slab of pate and a slab of cheese and you get a hunk of bread with it all for about £6, lovely!

CHEEEEEEEEEEESE? DID ANYONE SAID CHEEEEEEESE? I just love all kind of cheese! mature cheddar, feta, parmasan, soya cheese, mozarella, montery jack! hum But i do love my feta in greeek salad! OOO also the Cottage cheese with fruit jam! hum! YUM!

Hmmmm BAKED BRIE (omg it is sooo good) but that is more like a meal in itself, so...just regular cheese I`d have to say FRESH Mozzarella
