If they're natural, shouldn't God have made them? So why would he make things that are naturally bad?

They aren't "bad". They just are. What is often "bad" is how PEOPLE use things...

God made everything. God made drugs, and he also made brains for us to use to reason what not to use. By the way, there are good uses for drugs...for example, amphetamine-derivatives are used to help patients with ADD. Of course, this is only done by a doctors prescription. Also, barbiturates were once good for inducing anesthesia, but they are not safe sleeping pills...basically, many strong drugs are good in specific uses under tight control. So there is a use for everything, but somethings need to be more tightly supervised than others.

I believe that God created an antidote for every single ailment known (and unknown) to man.

Problem:
Modern man is so hung up on either
1.) Getting high
2.) Not prescribing/developing certain drugs for the fear of abuse.

Take marijuana, for instance.
Natural weed, no chemicals, VERY good for chronic pain paitients, and cancer paitients etc...
But, when abused, can lead to brain cells waisting away,
or you just being to damned lazy to get up off your butt and go to work/school...lol (not that I would know about that... ;-D)

Certain things (most things, in my opinion), can be used for good. I am certain that there is a cure for AIDS, all cancers, and pretty much every disease, syndrome, disorder and birth defect.

But almost EVERYTHING, when not used in moderation/in the wrong way can be very harmful.

Not to mention, if we found cures for everything, where would doctors and drug companies get all their millions?

Mebbe this'll help!

It wasn't a question of wheter or not these things were good or bad; it was a question of whether or not we'd abuse them! God gave us free will and common sense, so it's up to us to use them accordingly.

There are no drugs that are Natural and bad.

It depends on who uses them for what purpose.

certain drugs have their purpose..Tobacco is for the healing flesh of animals..not for man...if you need more ideas on this i will gladly research it.. each plant has its place..either for man or animal or just for beauty and not for direct use..

There is nothing wholly "bad," nor anything wholly "good." Moderation, is the key.
