If you want to just watch DVDs them windows should do it, otherwise you could try shrink, or go on limewire, if you haven't got it just type it in and download the free one, but make sure you have ad-aware or something like it, and you have a anti virus, you should have them on your PC anyway. Them you can download a DVD decrypter, but if you use this to copy films you are in breach of copy right, and that means your breaking the law
but you can download any DVD player you like from there.
give it a try don't cost anything

I wouldn't try this.

1) it's illegal to download these form of decoder programs.

2) copying dvd's is punishable by a $250,000.00 fine and 5 years in a federal prison. (it is a felony infringement charge)

3) the US federal government already has prosicuted a nine year old girl for downloading songs illegally, they won't let age or gender stop them from taking you to court.

4) if you are under 18 and caught your parents will be held responsible for your actions.

Know the risks you are taking before you break the law.

If you have windows media player you can watch DVDs on that.
