I thank you for all you answers/opinions. Even though I never got an answer to my question. Bcuz people get butt hurt.
I'm not saying anythign to be rude. I'm just saying what I know. And i'm still wondering till this day. WHY? I mean they been here in the US for over 25-30 years and still acting like FOBS is the part that bothers me.

not really sure! but I also notice that their houses are very messy, dishes not washed for at least 2 days worth of dishes, for what I could see they don't care. Lets not assume because they are Cambodians that makes all of them dirty. It all in the up-bringing.
