I seriously think so. If I sit and wink at my dog, he will wink back at me.

No, not in how you would think of as a wink.
Are they physically capable? Yes. But remember practicing winking when you were little? You did it and learned that muscle control because it was socially important for you to do so. You wanted to fit in, to do what others did. Dogs don't have that social pressure, so there is no need to learn voluntary winking. And even if your dog did, it wouldn't hold any of the connotation that you associate with the movement. It would at most be a "hey something's in my eye" movement.

My dog likes to look straight into my eyes. The first time I winked at him, he winked back. So i did it again... and he winked back again. Now, everytime I wink at him, and say "wink," he winks! So, yes...dogs wink, and its a teachable thing.

YEAH! my Aunt's Chow does it all the time, actually he does it about every other second or so. Yeah, it's weird but cool. He can also raise his brow like the Rock! YuP! that dog is Awesome. best of all he smells like cucumber melon.

no actually my dog can move my dog one eye at a time, I don't know if it'swinking
