I know that Las Vegas and Florida allow you to elope for sure :P n im pretty sure there are many more. Also according to Wikipedia, "some states required blood tests or waiting periods before marriage [so if you] wishing to wed quickly (before, usually, their parents could object) [you should] travel to a state without such a rule. In the musical Guys and Dolls, for instance, a police officer suggests that Nathan Detroit and Adelaide, his fianceé of fourteen years, eloped to Elkton, Maryland, which does not require a blood test."

Las Vegas. No waiting period, no blood test, just turn up at the courthouse with i.d. and $55 for your marriage licence. You then have a choice of over 60 chapels that will marry you for as little as $20 - but if you spend around $200 you will have a lot of choice of packages including flowers and photographs.

TRY LAS VEGAS PEOPLE ELOPE THERE ALL THE TIME. I LIVE IN MICHIGAN THEY DON'T DO BLOOD TESTS HERE BUT NOT SURE OF WHAT CITY U CAN ELOPE TO I HAD TO SHOW PROOF OF RESIDENCY
