I believe that everyone, aside from myself, is beautiful the way they are!

First is to get a support system to help you emotionally, and one to help you with your weight (though one may help with both). Overeaters anonymous, etc., are really helpful. Or maybe there's one family member who you can count on. Addictions are really tough to break without help...especially if the substance is readily available. A good mental health professional/counselor would be helpful, also. If you have a friend who's struggling with weight, you could support each other.
It's really important to tell those around you firmly NOT to give you the food that causes you problems, and to ensure that you're away from that stuff. Put locks on the fridge or cabinet and give somebody the key.
The best thing you can do for yourself - for your weight AND for your self-esteem - is to exercise. Start small. Go to the YWCA or, if you can afford it, to a gym. Research says it's the best way to lose weight and also the best way (unless you need medication) to decrease depression (usually a cause of overeating). It's also a great way to help you look and feel beautiful.
Increasing self esteem isn't as difficult as it's made out to be...if you're willing to do what it takes. That can take a couple forms. First, challenge yourself to do something you wouldn't ordinarily do. Walk 3 miles, hold a snake (if you're afraid of snakes)...anything that will make you a different person than you were yesterday. Anything that'll give you something to congratulate yourself about.
Volunteer at the local Big Brothers/Big Sisters or at a hospital. You'll learn really quickly that, regardless of how badly you may feel about being you, there are lots of people in a lot worse shape than you are.

Aww honey! Please dont feel this way about yourself. Get an image in your head of what you want to look like on the outside, and work towards it. My gym membership is only $25 a month! Nothing fancy and no strings attached. SO I know its possible to find one cheap. One thing, and I kinda hate to even throw this out there, but I use it myself, and its just an idea, so here goes. What about a weight loss drug? I use phentermine, ordered online from www.myprescriptionsonline.com . Works for me, not saying you should or shouldnt. Just an option maybe? ANyway, this drug will help suppress your appetite so you seriously wont even think about the soda and junk foods. I have found myself forgetting to eat lunch more than once, rteally. You just dont think about it. Oh and I could never cut out soda entirely, so I just switched to diet. It took a case before I finally got used to the taste, but totally worth it when you realize how many calories are in each can! Good luck!

I'm with you. Self esteem isn't something you can change to reflect postive thinking over night. However it only takes one n ight for someone to change a good self-esteem bad. Ain't that a pain?
I don't think I can answer this question on Yahoo answers, but if you would like you can contact me on yahoo messenger I will gladly try to help. you should be able to send a message through my yahoo profile. I want to help but there will be some people on here that do not or will make it harder for you to understand that you ARE beautiful and that you already have a support system.

First and foremost, you need to acknowledge you are beautiful. but, if you need help look in your local community for a support groups. If they don't have any formal groups, talk to your friends, or maybe consider starting a support group. And, if you're looking to exercise, you don't have to join a gym. Start by doing small things, like when you go to work or the mall park father away than usual or your local library usually has free media (tapes, books, or DVDs) on exercise routines. But most importantly don't let anyone tell you you're not beautiful, you are, and if someone tells you different, screw 'em.

Yes, you should wear make up. Also, do your hair and wear clothes that fit properly. Get your nails done. I have seen plenty of really large women get good guys. It is all about how you present yourself. No one likes to be around someone who is depressed and down on themselves. Love yourself for who you are. You may lose weight and you may not, but either way you are beautiful.

First off love yourself enough to quit certain habits. Switch pop to flavored water or Crystal Lite. Cut down on Junkfood and walk everyday for 30minutes around neighborhood or park. If you want to change only you can make that happen. Nobody can force you to do it if your heart is not in it. I too was into bad eating habits til I realized I wanted to be able to do things.

Not all people in this world are born with perfect figure but still they are happy about themselves. Its "you" only who can make all the difference to your life. Its you who can make people look upto you or look down on you. Just start respecting yourself and everyone around you will do the same to you, feel happy about the way you are. Accept yourself the way you are and start working towards the way you want to be. I am only insulted only the time I allowed others to do that to me.

My sister says that she is fat for a reason. My suggestion is that you lose some weight that will make you feel better. The way you are is the way you are and people are mean to fat people so that lowers your self esteem.

Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

I know it doesn't sound like you *want* to lose weight, but to be honest, eating healthy and exercise is a natural self esteem booster. You feel better about yourself, and can be more at peace. :)
