NO! Not the Lord or he would have been called Mother by Jesus but a black woman might be a local deity in some 3rd world back bush country or maybe Allah could be,as Allah was one of the Astheroths( Moon Gods or Goddess) and even today they use a lunar calender instead of a solar calander. The Ashteroths were commonly female or became female over time

God is a spirit who made man in His image of that spirit Then He created man, Adam, and woman,Eve.
God said that woman shall not speak in Church, so what makes you think that He would be a woman? God does not look at us in our colors. We do that.
1 Corinthians 14:33-35
33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.
35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
Not liking this scripture does not change that it is the word of God.

God can choose any form "it" wants. I say "it" with the knowledge that God created man in "his"own image, but God is an omnipotential being, not binded by mere gender.

In the Bible, God is always reffered to as He, Him, etc. However, God could take the appearance of whatever He wants.

THAT IS MOCKING GOD. I CAN NOT BELIEVE WHAT JUST CAME OUT OF YOUR MOUTH. YOU NEED TO REPENT WHICH MEANS TELL GOD YOUR SORRY FOR MOCKING HIM.
