I am a junior Firefighter on a local fire department. He is a firefighter on the same department. The only difference is that he is 18 and im not. I really like him and i sometimes feel like he likes me. I'm not sure i can go out with him because we are on the same fire department. I need help.

Don't mix business with pleasure. The people in charge won't like it and if the romance goes bad you will be very uncomfortable at work.

Why are you asking us? most people here aren't gonna be able to say anything more then, "its a bad idea", or "you should ask someone above you, that you trust." you probably can't technically, but what do i know?
