Irish Car Bomb recipe
Irish Car Bomb is a massively popular drink all over the world, one of the most popular infact. The ingredients are simple and widely available, and beer lovers will almost certainly enjoy it.
Scale ingredients to servings
3/4 pint Guinness® stout
1/2 shot Bailey's® Irish cream
1/2 shot Jameson® Irish whiskey
Add the Bailey's and Jameson to a shot glass, layering the Bailey's on the bottom. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and let settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug. If you don't drink it fast enough it will curdle and increasingly taste worse.
Serve in a beer mug.

Pour 1/2-2/3 pint of guiness, and a shot with 1/2 Jamesons irish whiskey, and 1/2 Bailey's.

Jamison Irish Whiskey, Bailey's Irish cream (mix both together in a shot glass....half of each) About a pint of Guiness.....Drop the mixed shot in the Guiness and down it.

Pour Guiness into a pint glass. Float Baileys on top of Jamison in shot glass. Drop shot glass, carefully, into Guiness. Drink quickly before it curdles.

Half a shot of irish whisky (does not have to be jameisons) half a shot of irish cream (preferably baileys or carolans) dropped in a pint of guiness and chugged
