very good point, take care of your own before you take care of others. Its stupid to give a beggar a loaf of bread when your kids are at home hungry.

Look at poverty and hunger in other countries then you will know that US stands far better.

Since I am quite old, I have always wondered why Africa or now Iraq, when we have serious hunger problems in Western America? I have no interest in spending US tax dollars on countries that have been at war forever.

I think Americans often forget to fix their own problems first, we need to get our own house in order before we can do anything for others. We have a huge gap between the have and have nots, a war to finish and an immigration problem that are threatening my rights. I am worried about that first!

Your right. I'm sick of our hard earned $ going to other countries when we could use it more here. I think what we are talking about is called Nationalism. Our nation first.

i agree with you, i think we should stop all funding to forgein nations untill every american is well fed and has a place to live.
