i have shared my true pic on net with a friend.
though he showed me as well
still i m feeling insecured abt this.
please help me wat shud i do now?

I wouldn't worry about it, the chances of anyone you know seeing it, are very slight. There are literally billions of pics on the net, every day.
If it was a nude pic, well hon, that was just plain silly. But the cat is out of the bag now.
If you are pretty, the ones that see it, will enjoy it, if you are not, then that could be embarrassing.
But so few will actually see it, if any, I wouldn't lose sleep over it.
If he sent his pic, it's unlikely he will share your pic around. Just on the off chance, that you would do the same to him.

It depends. Are you concerned about what he thinks of your true pic or rather what he might do with it? In sharing it was it your hope of advancing from a mere friendship into a relationship or was your motivation something other?
Just tell your friend how your feel about the pic and what your concerns are about it. If your interested in starting a relationship with him perhaps you should make your intent known.
I'm sorry if I haven't fully answered your question but I was a bit unsure as to what your true concerns were in reference to the pic.

Ah the beauty of meeting people online. You simply tell them you don't feel comfortable talking to them then stop answering their emails. I've done it many times. They'll make more friends so don't feel guilty.

does he have the pic? if he does then ask for his password. say that you are curious. manage to get it by any means possiable. then go into his account and erase the pic completely.
