I have this bleaching thing, it's called, Plus+White Than right below it, it says 5 minute Power Gel Bleaching*, then oxygenating action like dentists use to whiten teeth. All you do is use a cotton swab and apply the gel to your teeth. Leave it there for five minutes. Use everyday for 2 weeks, or whenever you like it and it will whiten. Trust me.

Brush twice a day, floss at least once preferably before bed and add a fluoride enriched mouthwash before bed, get cleanings every six months, and see the dentist once a year. Basically anything with fluoride in it will keep your teeth healthy and strong

drink your tea through a straw. brush 3 times a day. listerine (i think) has this new stuff you gargle with before brushing to help keep your teeth white too.

brush them with white toothpaste and floss. i have white teeth and they are straight because inever pulled them out .i let them fall out themselves
