It is possible to overtrain your nervous system from working out to much, try to make your workouts 4-6 hours apart to let your system get back to normal.
Symtoms of overtraining are, increased morning heart rate, trouble sleeping, and feeling fatigued all day, if you have any of these symtoms just take a few days off, if you dont keep working out twice a day. I do it, sometimes 3 times, but I'm obsessed.

harming. If you want the legs of a marathon runner then less protein and carbs, and do more exercise that tones not build muscle. Besides, you don't need to lose 1000 calories (a day?), thats just ridiculous. Your overthinking things again ally cat.

depends....if your getting enough calories (you know like at least 2500-3000) after burning off the 1000 your fine.
